All Things Broncos: Broncos limp into K.C. for holiday

What is going on with the two injured Bells? "Questionable"?

Do you think Damian Nash will get more carries this Thursday? He looked good Sunday vs the Chargers.

This is the game you always figure they will lose every year when you go through the schedule. Its extra annoying to have them playing at Arrowhead on Thanksgiving. They never get a break in Arrowhead, remember the Dante Hall punt return where KC clipped about 5 guys and the refs had their flags apparently super glued to their pockets. How about the John lynch personal foul last year??

I think they match up well with KC and will be leading in the 4th qtr 14-10,with time running out, Darrent williams will get called for pass interferance for breathing on Eddie Kinneson and that will give KC 1st and goal at the 1 yd line with 05 seconds to play.
Larry Johnson scored with time running out on the last play.

    KC 17
    Den 14

    I hope I am wrong!

We'll see what they are made of... this is a must win. If they lose, they will have gone from division leader looking for a bye week, to fighting for a playoff spot worrying about tie-breakers... all in 5 days.

If they lose, KC is suddenly right there in the wildcard race.

A win and they show they are still a very good team that basically lost 2 close games to possibly the best 2 teams. They would be essentially 3 games up on the chiefs due to the sweep. And they keep the division close, b/c a win in San Diego would put them in control of the division based on division record (5-1 vs. 4-2).

A win and they would be 2 games up on the nearest wildcard team.

I'm not trying to overstate things, but this is a playoff game for them.

Honestly, if they can't respond by beating a shakey KC team, I think they aren't a championship team.

CB, you're scaring me becuase I had that conversation with my buddy last night!!! You hit it right on the head.

CB...I hope you are wrong but I see it the same way. We usually find a way to lose there.

I'm impressed by the classiness of the Broncos and their fans. Especially after reading an article on Randy Moss on The Oakland Tribune.

The Raider fans' comments were litered with filth and vain threats. No class, what a surprise.

You have a tough team and a great coach. You do need a qb though. Plummer is abysmal. Good luck vs. KC. Hope you win in a tough venue, Arrowhead.

This game comes down to two things. The passing game and that lame ass soft nickel defense! Can you say "BLITZ" make them bleed!!!!
whats the worst thats going to happen, we stop the run, bummer!!!!. it is obvious that when Plummer is hot it's all great but don't go into that soft nickle defense..

LJ will run through the Broncos D line like hot knife on butter. I will root for KC for this week only. See you on the 10th so that the Bolts can finally end your missery once and for all.

i agree w/mike, blitz! yes, we got burned on one sunday, but sitting back and watching whoever pick us apart all day is too much. go for the sack or pick, or watch them score 7 every time? i'd rather have them uncomfortable and indecisive, at the least.

This game is going to come down to who can run the ball best, and with the both the Bronc's running back's out, I give think's it'll be LJ left LJ right and yes LJ up the middle. As good as the Brocnc's stat's are there not the orange crush, more like the blue velvet hug. K.C. 17 Denver 10.

Losing Sam Brandon, who is better than aNyBoDy at covering the great tight-ends, was a huge blow. Losing Nick Ferguson on top of that, and having Darrent Williams play with a bad shoulder is more than we can overcome this season. Well, that, topped with a mediocre defensive Line, and a quarterback that puts our defense' backs against the wall, game after game.

This situation reminds me of a few years ago, when we clobbered the Colts toward the end of the regular season, but lost 3 of 4 d.b.'s to injury, and got toasted in the playoff game. The future's so dim, our play-off hopes are slim!

I hope to see more Damien Nash smashing through the line. I'm tired of Tip-Toe Tatum Bell. When it's 3rd and 3, he can't get the tough yards.

I grew up in Denver (Arvada area) and I now live in Missouri. Let me tell you it is a tough world to live in where you love the Broncos so much and have to put up with all of the hoopla surrounding the chiefs getting Green back. The Broncos must get to him... early and often. J. Walker and D. Nash will be keys to a Broncos win.

Why don't the Broncos use their cut blocks in the first quarter instead of the fourth quarter so as to get the advantage derived out of having injured KC defensive linemen early in the game?
